Investor supervision
- Quality control of works and their compliance with the project, construction law regulations, technical standards and Investor's requirements
- Real and formal organisation of the commencement and completion of construction
- Control of products being built-in, and in particular prevention of the use of defective and unauthorized products for marketing and use in the construction industry
- Participation in technical tests and acceptance of technical installations and equipment
- Control of the proper organisation of work on site
- Control of the construction schedule and informing the Investor about technological and organizational risks in the time of execution
