- Control of costs of arrangement works and settlement of works performed by the Lessor at its own expense and the Lessor at the expense of tenants
- Acceptance of premises with tenants' representatives
- Checking and issuing opinions on changes in costs in the scope of annexes (additional, replacement and abandoned works)
