Cost management includes:
- Inspection and confirmation of monthly performance of the Contractor- Acceptance of the Contractor's invoices, their control in terms of legitimacy and conformity with the actual state of affairs
- Investment budget updates, calculations of the impact of changes on the final budget
- Project change management - change initialization, valuation, optimization, decision on implementation
- Managing the contractor's claims - analysing the claim, checking its legitimacy, finding arguments to minimize the impact of the claim on the investment budget
- Investor's support in the final settlement of the investment
